Carol Mazzola has been a widely respected member of the New York/New Jersey real estate industry for over 25 years. She enjoyed a diversified career in the real estate marketing, advertising and public relations fields while, at the same time, successfully selling over 500 homes. Her track record remains spotless. She attributes her success to placing her clients needs and interests ahead of her own, providing attentive one-on-one service, and knowing the market, contracts and procedures extremely well.

Carol's real estate career includes considerable experience in residential resales and new construction. She received the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) Circle of Excellence Sales Award consecutively in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

In addition to real estate sales, Carol owned and successfully operated her own marketing and advertising firm with a strong concentration in the real estate industry (1985-2003) . In 1988, she founded The New Jersey Association of Advertising Agencies (NJAAA), an organization of over 400 advertising principals. Carol was also on staff at The New York Post and was a copywriter/graphic designer for several large New York and New Jersey public relations firms.

In 2014, Carol received her certification as a Professional Home Stager. In 2017, she earned the designation of Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In 2018, she earned the NAR certification for At Home With Diversity (AHWD).

Carol attended the College of Staten Island and St. John's University. An active member of her community, Carol is serving her third four-year term as an Elected Member of the Marlboro Township Town Council. She is also a member of Marlboro Township's Planning Board, Affordable Housing Agency, Ethics Board and Economic Development Committee. Carol has also been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Marlboro and has served on its Board of Directors and as President 2011-2012. During her term as President, she was awarded the distinguished Carrington Swain Fellowship..

Carol currently serves as a mentor and real estate coach to new agents at Keller Williams Realty in the Morganville NJ office.
